OUR LEGAL FEES
The following list of fees is the basis on what we charge. However, there are cases which are obviously going to be more straightforward or more complex, so after you've given us an idea of the case, we may suggest a lower or higher fee.
Fees are payable in advance. If you need time to pay, we will agree instalments with you. Where we lodge an application on your behalf, all fees will have to be paid before the application is filed.
The fees below are our legal fees for some of the services we provide – they do not include VAT or expenses such as application fees, the health surcharge, costs of experts, interpretation or translation. If such additional fees are required, we will advise you in advance. If your application is not listed here, please ask for a quote. We will base any quote on a similar item in the list below
